I have only GOOD things to say about Advanced Auto Locksmith. I was stranded at a Walmart in Orlando after hours. I called AAA and they couldn’t help me bc I had lost my keys inside the Walmart (I did goback and retrieved my keys that were turned in days later). Advanced Auto told me they could come out the next morning and make copies of my keys to get me in my car. Well.. I had to be at work SUPER early, so the earliest time they could be there was not good for me. Cut to… the owner of the Advanced Auto came out that night and made me keys to my car so I could not only get home that night, but be able to get to work early the next morning. AND no ridiculous costs for coming out after hours. Thank you Advanced Auto Locksmith!! You guys saved me for real!! You are a genuine family company that honestly cares about people! I cannot thank you enough!!

Maybe 3 years ago I went to this locksmith with a dead key fob. They tried everything they could to get the key to transmit but it wouldn't. However, they were nice enough to cut me a new key for free, solely for the ease of getting into the car without sliding the main key out of the dead key fob every time. I appreciated their effort and consideration.Today, I finally went back to this locksmith with a new aftermarket key fob. Not only did they program the new aftermarket key fob, but again tried everything they could to reprogram the old key fob, reconfirming that it was indeed dead. They also cut the new key in the aftermarket key fob as well. Great customer service and I was in and out with time still left over on my lunch break, finally with a working key fob.

Made a replacement chip key for my f150. Jose the technician was top notch. Was having some issues with displays so took truck down to shop, owner put truck on diagnostic machine to point out issues. Done this for free, also made me another key and wouldn't let me pay. Highly recommend these folks.

I was referred to Advance Auto Locksmith. I called and spoke to Darran, he said he has a tech nearby in Kissimmee, so it would not be long. Princess got here and proceeded to make a key for me that I had lost! Thank you so much!! I would recomend.Thank you, Sandy R

I would definitely recommend Advance Auto Locksmith. The owner and employee I dealt with were both very knowledgeable and helpful when I had a problem with my car key fobs that needed reprogramming. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them again if I ever needed to.

Was referred by AAA when my steering wheel locked and my ignition would no longer turn. The locksmith Joey showed up shortly after making the appointment and was not only knowledgeable but walked me through each and every step. Within an hour or so he had my wheel released and the ignition cylinder fixed. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the office were very helpful in quoting and coordinating service. The technician, Jose, was very friendly and informative, taking time to explain details I didn't previously know about my vehicle keys. Jose arrived quickly and worked quickly to resolve my issue. Stopped in after another shop recommended them for advanced key work, I'm so glad I listened to them. Darran got right on my truck and got a pair of keys made and programmed in no time, I was there less than 30 minutes. Great shop, great owner/staff, I can't recommend them enough!

Darran runs an amazing shop. Friendly, helpful and cost efficient. They have come to my home to make a key as well as several keys made at the shop for various cars. Helped a friend who liked her keys in the car as well!! 5 stars and above.

Customer service was very friendly and efficient and I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. We needed to have a keyfob programmed and key cut for RAM 2500 truck that the dealer failed to provide a seconf key. I went elsewhere but was then turned away as they said their system did not provide the necessary information to program and cut new key. He (Advanced)will now be my go to guy for this kind of need.
